At NVUS Tow Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund, please follow the guidelines below.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
✔ Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
✔ A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

✖ Items marked "Final Sale"
✖ Used or damaged items due to misuse

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- 4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Partial Refunds
If an item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the product’s condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request an Exchange

📸 Provide Photos – Send clear pictures showing the damage or defect.
📦 Receive a Replacement – Once approved, we will send instructions and ship a replacement.
🔹 If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process above.
